t's happened to all of us: we're eating healthy and loving how we feel, when a family member or friend makes a judgmental comment. "Why aren't you eating dessert?!" "Are you on a diet or something?" and a myriad of other judgments that make us question our decision to live a healthier lifestyle.

This episode is all about how to politely stand in your power, deciding what's worth indulging in, and being 1000% confident in your nutrition choices overall.

Here’s some of what we cover:

  • How to politely say no when you don’t feel like indulging

  • How to stand in your power and be confident in your healthy choices

  • Navigating being a health conscious person in social situations

  • Choosing what you want to indulge in by using discernment and asking, “Does eating this add to/enhance the experience of my life?”

  • Keeping in mind long-term goals vs. short-term satisfaction (i.e. what you want the MOST for yourself vs. what you want right now)

  • Getting clear about what your goals are: having a strong & powerful WHY

  • Not casting judgment onto others for their food choices, even if they’re different from something you’d choose for yourself

  • It’s not your responsibility to control other people’s opinions about you/your choices
