In life, it’s so easy to get wrapped up in anticipating what can go wrong. It’s like even when things are going really well, we’re subconsciously always looking forward to what problems lie ahead.

My life completely changed when I adopted the mantra, “Things are great right now, and I allow them to get even better.”

And, as we chat about in this podcast, “let it be easy” is the mantra that’s helped me escape the hustle mentality and finally chill the F out (which in turn has allowed me to be more productive and happier overall).
