Today, we chat all about my secret formula for eating healthy, staying full, and not feeling like you need to eat every 1-2 hours. I call this GPF, which stands for Greens, Protein and Fat. This way of eating balances your hormones, takes the drama of out how much/when to eat, and helps you learn how to start intuitively eating (and less obsessed with food) with light structure.

- the hormones associated with hunger and how to turn them off
