Hey there! I'm Julie Booher.

I'm a Strength and Conditioning Coach, nutritionist, fitness entrepreneur, writer, event planner, online coach and creator of the Strong and Sexy Program.

My mission in life is to help YOU become the strongest, sexiest version of yourself -- from the inside, out. Fitness and nutrition are huge components to looking and feeling your best, but they're not the only thing that matters.

My goal is to teach you how to live your best life through fitness, nutrition, relationships, and taking risks and following your dreams.

I used to work in advertising, until I left my comfortable 9-to-5 job to make this dream of mine a reality! Work doesn't feel like work to me, which is something everyone should experience at some point in their lives. But, when I'm not "working", I'm either working out; prepping food (or daydreaming about my next meal); spending time with my beloved Toy Poodle, Cocoa; reading; talking in some sort of accent; dancing around my kitchen; pretending I'm a photographer with my Canon camera; or doing hood-rat thangs with my friends.

I'm a sucker for adventure. I love trying new things, meeting new people and exploring my surroundings. I keep my meals and workouts pretty simple so I have more time to enjoy my life! I'm a huge advocate of balance in both my personal and fitness life, although I think the two go hand-in-hand. I wholeheartedly believe in the healing power and energy provided by whole, natural foods. However, I'm the first to admit I'm happiest when eating frozen yogurt (with cheesecake bites) or extra-cheesy pizza.

Balance and sustainability are the name of the game around here.

I'm here to teach you how to get the body of your dreams while still enjoying your life and finally feeling confident and happy with yourself.
