76: STOP QUITTING WHEN IT GETS HARD (Body Goals, Career and Relationships)

We live in an instant gratification society: UberEats brings food to our door within minutes, Amazon Prime brings us anything we want within a few hours/days, dating apps make it easy for us to keep our options open.

As a result, a lot of us (I'm guilty of this, too!) expect things to come to us easily and without hard work -- we feel entitled to it, even!

Because of our entitlement, we opt out of doing the HARD WORK: having the tough conversation, creating healthy conflict in order to problem solve, hopping from diet to diet when we don't see results fast enough.

In this episode, I challenge the idea of just "moving on" at the first sign that something isn't working for you, and instead, going through a process of digging deep, getting muddy and confronting the HARD stuff for an ultimately more fulfilling life.

This is the sh*t that no one is talking about in personal development, but that needs to be said.
