You guys already know — I’m OBSESSED with all things goal setting, planning and organization. For so many years of my life, I did it in the wrong way (yes, there is a wrong way!)

I wasted so much time setting “resolutions,” which I honestly forgot about in February and never followed through with. This led to a ton of disappointment, and feeling like I was never making any forward progress — which in turn, discouraged me from ever setting goals because I didn’t trust myself to actually stick with them.
