90: THIS Mindset Shift Will Change EVERYTHING For You
This is probably THE MOST IMPORTANT podcast I’ve ever recorded. If we don’t master this concept, we can have the BEST strategies in the world when it comes to change our relationship to food and our body, but we will inevitably self-sabotage and fall off the bandwagon.

LIFE-CHANGING JOURNAL PROMPTS/ACTION STEPS:
1. Write down the beliefs/stories you’ve been telling yourself (you can break it down into different categories if you’d like). These can be both positive and negative.
2. Check in with each of the beliefs and stories and ask yourself: Do I WANT this to be my story? Is this belief/story empowering me or DISempowering me?
3. How can you shift the negative and disempowering stories/beliefs into more empowering ones?
4. What are 3-5 empowering I AM statements you can start to repeat to yourself on a daily basis/start embodying in your life? What does that type of person do on a daily basis (habits, routines, etc.)?
