A Note to You, Beautiful Girl <3

You are BLESSED to have the body you have.

No matter what shape, what size. No matter if you have cellulite or wrinkles. No matter if there are a million things about you that you wish to change or improve.

You are YOU.

There is no one else like you in this world.

No one with your unique DNA, your unique body, your unique gifts and talents.

So why, pretty girl, do you spend so much time focusing on what's imperfect about you, your body and your life - instead of focusing on what IS perfect?

You're living. You're breathing. You're able to walk and eat and play.

It doesn't matter if you're not where you want to be (yet).

It doesn't matter that you don't have a 6 pack, or that you have cellulite on your legs, or that every time you smile you have crows feet around your eyes.

What matters is YOU.

Who you are at your core.

Your potential.

Don't waste another precious moment of your life worrying about what's WRONG with your body.

Instead, appreciate what is. Exactly as you are right now.

Get out there and move your body in a way that feels good to you - maybe that's a sweaty gym class, maybe that's a walk, maybe it's some yoga.

Make yourself a healthy meal and drink lots of water today - not to punish yourself - but because it FEELS good to fuel you in a way that nourishes your body and your soul.

And most importantly, BELIEVE that you're here for a reason.

And that reason is WAY more important than letting negative self talk or limiting self beliefs keep you stuck in a place of misery, hopelessness and anything less than WOOHOOIFREAKINGLOVEMYLIFE excitement.

P.S. While it's easy for me to write this now, I didn't always feel this positive about myself or my body.

Sure, I still have bad days - I'm human. But 99.9999% I'm able to snap out of it and TRULY operate from a place of LOVE for my body, rather than a place of hate.

What if I could you that you could have the same superpower - that you could LOVE yourself right here, right now, while still working towards all your body goals and dreams (and actually be more likely to achieve them because of this mindset shift?)

Good news - you can! Start by reading many of the posts on this blog. And always be patient with yourself :)

Sending you SO MUCH LOVE!
