111: Running A Business & Being a Mom: My Experience So Far

This is my real, raw and unfiltered experience of what it's been like running my own business as an entrepreneur, while simultaneously staying home with my 13-month-old.
We chat all about:

  • What I believe it takes to make my business run successfully

  • The fears I had about my business as I transitioned into becoming a mom

  • What the past 13 months have been like authoring and publishing a book, coaching clients, and running a podcast -- all while staying at home as a full-time mom

  • Managing expectations about what you can get done

  • Prioritizing the MOST important things when you have a limited amount of time to work

  • Systems I'm creating to help my business run smoothly

  • AND MORE!

I'm sure things will change (as they always do) when he gets a bit older and he goes to school. But this has been MY *PERSONAL* experience running my business as an entrepreneur and mama in the first 13 months of my son's life!
