A 4-week gentle nutrition group for exhausted moms

STARTS FEBRUARY 1, 2026

This is for you if…

You want to take care of your body, but right now, it feels harder than it should.

You know what “healthy eating” is supposed to look like, but real life as a busy mom doesn’t leave much room for:

  • perfect meals

  • consistency every day

  • planning ahead

  • or doing things “the right way”

So instead, you might find yourself:

  • skipping meals and feeling exhausted later in the day

  • relying on convenience food, and feeling guilty about it

  • feeling disconnected from hunger and fullness cues

  • thinking about food/your body frequently throughout the day

  • thinking, “I know better… so why is this still hard?”

If you’re tired of trying to optimize your eating in a season that’s already demanding, you’re not alone.

What Nourished, Not Perfect is

Nourished, Not Perfect is a small, supportive 4-week group designed to help exhausted moms feel better around food and in their bodies — without tracking, restriction, or perfection.

This isn’t a reset, a challenge, or a plan to “get back on track.”

It’s a place to:

  • eat more regularly in a way that actually fits your life

  • release guilt around food

  • learn a way of eating that truly nourishes your body and gives you lasting energy

  • rebuild trust with hunger and fullness

  • focus on a few simple habits that support how you feel physically

All through a gentle, non-dieting framework.

What we’ll focus on over 4 weeks

Week 1: Eating Regularly (Without Perfection)
Learn why regular nourishment matters more than “perfect meals,” especially in busy, exhausting seasons, and how to simplify your meals so they feel nourishing and energizing, not overwhelming.

Week 2: Convenience Food Without Guilt
Let go of food rules and guilt. Discover how to choose convenience foods that actually support your body, and why the real challenge is often guilt, not the food itself.

Week 3: Rebuilding Trust with Hunger & Fullness
Stress and exhaustion can mute hunger and fullness cues. In this week, you’ll learn how to listen to your body again — without trying to control, fix, or overthink it.

Week 4: Feeling Better Physically
Focus on three simple, supportive habits (lifestyle, nutrition, and movement) that help you feel more like yourself again, without overhauling your life or adding pressure.

These weekly topics are a guide, and we may adapt content based on group questions and feedback to make sure it meets your real-life needs.

How it works

  • 4 weeks (February 1–28)

  • One 45-minute live group call each week

  • A small, supportive group of moms

  • Gentle guidance, practical tools, and space for real-life questions

  • A habit tracker to help you stay accountable

This group is intentionally small and low-pressure.

You don’t need to:

  • prepare perfectly

  • show up every week “on”

  • change everything at once

You just need to come as you are <3

What this group is not

This is not:

  • a diet

  • a weight-loss program

  • a meal plan

  • a tracking system

  • a “fix your body” approach

It’s support for living in your body more comfortably and giving back to yourself during a demanding, exhausting period of your life.

Who this is for

This group is especially supportive for moms who:

  • are tired of all-or-nothing eating

  • want to feel better physically without dieting

  • care about nourishment but don’t have much bandwidth

  • want a gentler, more sustainable relationship with food

You don’t need to be “ready” or have it all together. You just need to want something that feels more supportive and realistic than what you’re doing now.

What You Can Expect to Walk Away With

By the end of Nourished, Not Perfect, you’ll have:

  • A calmer relationship with food – Guilt around skipped meals or convenience foods will ease, and you’ll know how to nourish yourself without overthinking every bite.

  • Practical, repeatable habits – Simple routines around eating, movement, and lifestyle that actually fit your busy, unpredictable days.

  • Trust in your body’s signals – Hunger, fullness, and energy cues that may have felt muted or confusing will start to feel clearer again.

  • Less mental load around meals – You’ll know what really matters for nourishment and what you can let go of.

  • Support from a small, understanding group – You’ll feel seen and heard, and gain encouragement from others navigating the same challenges.

My hope is that you’ll leave the group feeling more grounded, confident, and capable of feeding and caring for yourself well, even in the middle of a busy, exhausting life.

This group is a reflection of that evolution <3
