Meet Your Coach
Hi, I’m Julie!
I’m the creator of the Healthy & Happy brand, which includes a podcast, book, and coaching services. I’ve been a coach in some capacity for a decade now, which is wild to think about.
I’m a PN-certified nutrition coach who is passionate about helping women create a healthier relationship with food and their body.
I take a holistic approach to wellness — teaching women how to nourish themselves through the food they eat, how they move their body, and why it’s important to prioritize mental health just as much as physical health.
Outside of work, you can find me spending most of my time with my husband and our two young boys, who are 4 and 2.
I love being outdoors, lifting weights, going for walks, reading on my Kindle, going to therapy (lol), writing, going out for coffee dates, and shakin’ my booty to rap music.

To put it simply, I CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH AND WELLBEING — both physically and mentally.
This means that although this is a 14-day reset-style program, we are not doing anything extreme, harmful or unsafe for the sake of quick results.
Instead, we focus on how we can NOURISH your body on a holistic level — how do we ADD more foods that support you, how do we ADD a movement practice to help you create more energy in your life, how can we eliminate distractions/things that suck our soul like doom scrolling?
I also teach you how to be the CEO of your own body so you can tailor the program to best suit YOUR body and schedule, and what you need.
At the end of the program, I teach you how to safely transition out of this program so you don’t end up going ‘balls to the wall’ when the program is done and losing all your progress.
Trust me when I say, I am HUGE on sustainably and guiding you to make healthy lifestyle changes that stick for good.
